Scanning Electrochemical Microscope (SECM)

In SECM, an electrochemical probe (tip) is attached to a 3-dimensional moving stage, so that the tip can be positioned and/or scanned to produce an image of the substrate surface.  Major components include the 3D X-Y-Z stage, a bipotentiostat for controlling the tip and substrate potentials, and a PC for controlling motion and collecting data.
